Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

United Kingdom: 7–17 business days
Europe: 10–21 business days
International: 12–26 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, courier delays, customs processing, holidays, high-volume periods, or local delivery conditions.

Shipping Cost

We offer free international shipping on orders over $79.

For orders below this amount, shipping costs may be calculated at checkout depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 2–3 business days to appear after shipment confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at aloirae.brand@gmail.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Lost or Delayed Packages
