Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and selected international destinations.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

United States: 9–19 business days
United Kingdom: 7–17 business days
Europe: 10–21 business days
International: 12–26 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, courier delays, customs processing, holidays, high-volume periods, or local delivery conditions.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Why is my tracking number not updating?

Tracking information may take a few business days to update after shipment. If there are no updates for several days, contact us at aloirae.brand@gmail.com and include your order number.

Can I return my order?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Are all items returnable?

For hygiene reasons, opened, used, worn, washed, or damaged items such as pillowcases, sleep masks, hair accessories, shapewear, and personal care accessories may not be eligible for return.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact us as soon as possible at aloirae.brand@gmail.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will help you with a suitable solution.
