Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging

For hygiene reasons, used, washed, worn, opened, or damaged items may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return if opened, used, worn, or removed from their original packaging:

- Pillowcases
- Sleep masks
- Hair accessories
- Scrunchies
- Headbands
- Shapewear
- Intimate apparel
- Personal care accessories

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at aloirae.brand@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us before returning any item. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
